How to keep children safe and happy in school

Bullying, It is the worst nightmare of every parent. You feel helpless to stop it. As a parent or teacher, what can you do to keep students safe and happy?

Dr. Michele Borba will provide an in-depth workshop on bullying and protecting children while in school. She will provide guidance and tips on:

  • How to tell if a child is being bullied.
  • How to address bullying incidents with your child/student.
  • Broaching the bullying with your child’s parent’s and teachers.
  • How parents can be on the same page with the school and its teachers.
  • How to deal with the bully, the bullied and the bystanders.

This course is approved by the Michigan Social Work Continuing Education Collaborative.
